really hot because no power means no air conditioning. but so far, we haven t heard many complaints although people are getting very creative. my second floor last night, it was 94 degrees. on my first floor, it was 84. and my basement was 74. so i slept in my basement. i got a couple of dogs, it makes it a little complicated to move out so i m staying. i m staying here. i m taking the dogs down on my pedicab to bethesda avenue and get them indoors and get indoors myself where air conditioning is for a while. so it s been tough. so shannon, they say it s going to be a couple of days to restore the power in some places. look at how tangled up the trees are with the power lines here. this is why and it s like this all over the place. also, a lot of intersections are really unruly right now because the traffic lights are completely out. no blinking red.
