Reporter yeah, police tell us they were able to solve this crime because of a quick phone call from the victims as well as some help from ups. And now in this case, they say that the person that was hired to help out, well, they are accused of helping themselves to someone elses stuff. Reporter caught on home surveillance cameras, a ups aid is seen delivering a package tuesday night to a home on st. James place in piedmont. Moments later, she leaves empty handed. But looks can be deceiving. When the homeowner went outside minutes later to retrieve a muchanticipated ipad, what they found was an empty box. They went to look at their home surveillance camera system, which identified that the ups aide, the driver seen on the truck, by all accounts had opened the package, signed for the package and removed the ipad.
