Republican Rep. Jamie Allard called the overwhelming testimony opposing Gov. Dunleavy’s bill, which would put new limits on sexual education and implement policies affecting gender nonconforming students, “intentionally misleading or ill informed.”
Tilton said the majority coalition includes the Bush caucus, made up of Dillingham Independent Rep. Bryce Edgmon, Bethel Democrat Rep. C.J. McCormick, Nome Democrat Rep. Neal Foster and Utqiagvik Independent Rep. Josiah Patkotak.
