State Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller on Friday sentenced the men for the violent attacks in which the victims were targeted because they recently came into sizable financial settlements.
It was an intense and emotional Friday morning inside Erie County Court as a judge sentenced three men in connection to murders in the Town of Tonawanda and Buffalo.
Ernest B. Green, Jr., 41, and Daniel Rodriguez, 41, both of Buffalo were sentenced to prison for murdering Danielle Cretacci and shooting her children.
Acting Erie County District Attorney Michael J. Keane announced Ernest B. Green Jr., 41, of Buffalo, and Daniel Rodriguez, 41, of Buffalo, were sentenced this morning before State Supreme Court Justice M. William Boller to 75 years to life in prison.
