Worcestershire Registration Services is pulling out all the stops to make sure couples in the county can get married after many had to reschedule due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Since the first lockdown in March last year more than 2000 ceremonies had to be moved, with some being postponed twice. Currently, there are just over 300 weddings and civil partnerships planned to take place in the next few months. Hannah Perrott, Assistant Director for Communities, Worcestershire County Council said: “I would like to thank our amazing Registration Services team for their hard work in ensuring Worcestershire couples can have the ceremony they have been waiting for.
