The Panther Farms proposal includes 130 single family home lots and the long-discussed essential roads that will run through the development on the west end of the city.
None of the three undertakings are signed, sealed and approved as decisions exist down the road that may impact whether they reach their respective finish lines.
The Planning & Zoning Commission took up the matter Wednesday on the subdivision north of West Viking Road, west of Arbors Drive and south of Aldrich Elementary School.
