Ellen Weitzel, chief of human resources for Sartori, said in an email it has been difficult finding workers, given the company s rate of growth and the county s relatively low unemployment rate.
But Weitzel said Sartori s benefits packages, career opportunities and work environment have allowed us to hire a lot of great people.
Jordan Skiff, Plymouth s city administrator, said in the news release that the city was thrilled by Sartori s continued growth.
