Neal Scott Hagler, the Berryville man who pleaded guilty to negligent homicide in connection with a fatal 2018 accident, was taken into custody Monday more than 10 months after a judge ordered his arrest for allegedly violating his probation.
Hagler, 22, was booked into the Carroll County Detention Center at 9:30 a.m. Monday, according to the Carroll County Sheriffs Office, which listed the arresting agency as the Arkansas Department of Probation and Parole.
No further details regarding the arrest were available.
Haglers bond is set at $75,000 and he is scheduled to appear at 9 a.m. Monday, June 7, in Carroll County Circuit Court in Berryville.
