Tuesday, April 13, 2021 Berryville City Hall File photo The Berryville City Council held an abbreviated meeting last week, giving approval to a pair of requests to make use of the city’s downtown square. The second request came from Starlene Lee and Keith Rivera on behalf of the Carroll County Historical and Genealogical Society, asking permission to make use of several sites in an effort to recreate “an old tradition in Berryville,” Pioneer and Heritage Days.
