Of course, don t actually expect 10,000 brands, but what you will find is booths from more than 40 boutique coffee shops and vendors, most of them independent, local brands. There’s not a single mass-market brand in the list of stalls – most are one-offs or small chains. Names you might have heard of include SOE, Metal Hands, Soloist, Seesaw, Berry Beans (who recently launched a collab with Slow Boat), and Big Small Coffee.
