His name has not yet been released, but this is a statement that was part of a recorded message that went home to parents tonight. That launched an investigation between berkeley and oakland. I have spoken with an Oakland Police representative who said that they believe they have recovered one victim. It is not clear there is only one victim or whether there could be two victims. They are also concentrating their efforts on a house in the 1000 block of 63rd street or 65th.
