Sanders head is made of baby potato and cauliflower pieces were used to make his white hair. His trademark jacket was created by blanched kale leaves and the eggplant (brinjal) was used to make the trousers, glasses, and the chair he sat on, as well as the mittens. The remaining parts of the cauliflower were used to make the mask.
