That was one of the things that was most different about 1972 was the access. There are really no barriers there. You could go up and talk to mcgovern and things like that. I wrote i rode around with him in a car. I dont know if you want me to tell the story about the thousand but one of the reasons why i wrote to the story that prompted mcgovern to say he was a thousand behind eagleton. Eagleton had have treatment for depression including electric shock you have to to think what is the next cycle. I saw tom of the postdispatch and go into his cabin. After figure out how to get an interview. I found out somehow that he was playing tennis.
