They’ve been encouraged by some surprisingly influential French businessmen, scholars and academics and, indirectly, they claim, by General de Gaulle himself. De Gaulle, on Oct. 14 sent a warm letter to Jean Cathelin, a restless French intellectual who has visited Canada twice and who, with his wife Gabriellc Gray, has written a strange little book called Révolution au Canada.
