The first of the vaccinations in Pocatello were administered Thursday. Portneuf Medical Center administers first COVID-19 vaccine to frontline members POCATELLO, Idaho (KIFI/KIDK) - Portneuf Medical Center (PMC) began administering COVID-19 vaccinations to front line team members Thursday.
