Police: Man charged after allegedly shooting at neighbor

MARTINSBURG — A Falling Waters man is facing two felony charges of attempted murder after allegedly shooting at his neighbors over the weekend during a snow clearing incident. Terry William Braden, 67, of Cunningham Drive, Falling Waters, was arraigned Friday in Berkeley County Magistrate Court on two felony counts of attempted murder. At approximately 8:27 a.m. Friday, West Virginia State Police officers responded to the 500 block of Cunningham Drive for a neighbor dispute during which Braden allegedly shot at his neighbor because he was “throwing rocks at him while cleaning the driveway,” according to a criminal complaint from Cpl. Z.S. Connor.
