Over $129K in products have been stolen from regional Ulta stores. Are the thefts linked?

At least six police agencies in the four-state area are investigating thefts related to Ulta Beauty stores, including the possibility some are connected.
The thefts are for large quantities of products, often thousands of dollars per theft, leading police to believe there is a possibility of a theft ring, according to multiple police agencies.
The value of the products stolen is worth over $129,000 from at least 27 of the thefts.

MARTINSBURG â A Falling Waters man is facing two felony charges of attempted murder after allegedly shooting at his neighbors over the weekend during a snow clearing incident.
Terry William Braden, 67, of Cunningham Drive, Falling Waters, was arraigned Friday in Berkeley County Magistrate Court on two felony counts of attempted murder.
At approximately 8:27 a.m. Friday, West Virginia State Police officers responded to the 500 block of Cunningham Drive for a neighbor dispute during which Braden allegedly shot at his neighbor because he was âthrowing rocks at him while cleaning the driveway,â according to a criminal complaint from Cpl. Z.S. Connor.
