Sidhu Moosewala was said to have been shot dead by gangsters on May 29 in Jawaharke village in a gruesome daylights assassination. Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the murder.
Three firearms were seized by police officers on Wednesday.
Corporal Khan, PC Harripersad and PC Ramgobin all of the Barrackpore CID, along with PC Horsford of the Area East Crime Patrol, conducted a search of an abandoned house at Rochard Road Barrackpore.
One .38 revolver and 200 grams of marijuana were found and seized.
In a separate incident, officers of Morvant CID with North-Eastern Division Task Force, Gang Unit and the Canine Branch conducted searches in Morvant.
One Beretta Pistol fitted with a magazine containing ten rounds of ammunition and one Tangfolio Pistol containing a magazine with 17 rounds of nine millimetre ammunition were found and seized.

The Commissioner of Police in Kaduna State, Mr Umar Muri, says the command has arrested 29 suspected kidnappers and 53 others, who committed various crimes from Oct. 31 to Dec. 31.
Muri made the disclosure at a press briefing on Thursday in Kaduna on the successes recorded by the command during the last quarter of the year.
The police commissioner attributed the success to the unwavering determination of gallant police personnel.
He explained that, while 29 were arrested for kidnapping, the 53 others were arrested for banditry, armed robbery, culpable homicide, rape, shop breaking and stealing.
