Tilray Brands, the Canadian cannabis company, has announced the expansion of its Chowie Wowie brand with the release of two new cannabis-infused chocolates. The new flavors, Soft Caramel and Crunchy Praline, join the brand's existing line-up of chocolates, which includes Balanced Milk Chocolate and THC Milk Chocolate. Chowie Wowie chocolates are made with premium Belgian chocolate and are currently available in various provinces across Canada. Each chocolate contains 10mg of THC and either 10mg of CBD or 10mg of THC and CBD.
Simply Solventless Concentrates (SSC) has completed its reverse takeover (RTO) of 2366191 Alberta, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, to form new subsidiary Massive Hash Factory, ahead of expected trading to resume on 20 December. The completion of the RTO has also seen SSC, previously called Vision Capital, implement a one-for-two consolidation of its existing 11 million common shares, while the company has changed its name to Simply Solventless Concentrates.
Toast, a cannabis pre-rolls brand, has joined forces with Sweet O'z to market their pre-rolled cigarettes and flower at retail locations throughout Arizona. The agreement will give Toast a platform to showcase its premium products in various locations across Arizona. "They have a proven track record with innovative brands in the industry, and they share our core values of inclusivity and equitability," said Toast's CEO Punit Seth. Initially, the products for the Arizona market will include pre-rolled cannabis cigarettes Classic, Mini and Infused and Infused Flower. Furthermore, Toast has participated in Sweet O'z's advocacy campaign, #FreeRobertDeals, to campaign for the reform of the criminal justice system and freeing of Deals. Toast intends to expand its range to the Cookies and Nirvana dispensaries in Arizona, with a wider expansion in the future.
