City committee urges developer to find compromise with Jubilee residents opposed to infill development
Dozens of residents are opposed to the construction of two eight-suite apartment complexes on Jubilee Avenue. The development is too much for the lots, much taller than the adjacent homes and violates the city s zoning for the area, they say.
