It passed finally as part of the National Defense authorization act. Our legislation will create a commission to evaluate and plan the establishment of a Museum Dedicated to womens history right here in our Nations Capital, and i know that the presiding officer shares my view that this is long overdue. And growing up in russia and i have noticed that basically if they are smart and if they are liberal, they try to leave the country. You mentioned Silicon Valley how russia is one of the languages. But when i looked back, every single job was good preparation for, you know, doing what im doing now, as editor of the newsletter. It is almost as if it were very carefully planned.
