CAMDEN - The parent firm of a longtime Sea Isle City lounge is seeking to reorganize its finances under federal bankruptcy protection, court papers show.
Bennett Enterprises Inc. reported unsecured debts of about $1 million in a voluntary filing for Chapter 11 protection, according to records in federal bankruptcy court in Camden.
