Justice Inyang Ekwo, who directed the oil giant to pay the defendants in the suit the sum of N1 million each within 30 days of the order, dismissed the suit after it was withdrawn by counsel to the company, Emmanuel Agwungwu.
A Federal High Court, Abuja has fixed July 4 for hearing a suit filed by Seplat Energy Plc against two members of Statutory Audit Committee of the company.
