Yesterday afternoon, the Texarkana Texas Police arrested the second suspect in the shooting last Friday night where an innocent bystander was seriously wounded by a stray bullet as he was getting ice in the Oaklawn Village parking lot in Texarkana Texas
This follows after they were denied bail in the Itsoseng Regional Court on Friday. The case has been postponed to allow for further investigations.The North West National Prosecuting Authori.
