BUFORD, Ga. - The FBI has arrested another person from Georgia in connection to the deadly riot at the U.S. Capitol in January.
Officials with the FBI say 49-year-old Verden Andrew Nalley of Buford, Georgia was arrested on Tuesday by the FBI and the Gwinnett County Sheriff s Office.
Information about what Nalley is being charged with or what led up to his arrest have not been released by the Department of Justice so far.

ATLANTA - A 23-year-old Georgia man was arrested on charges relating to criminal acts during the riot at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.
Benjamin Harry Torre, of Dawsonville, was arrested by FBI Atlanta Tuesday morning. According to a criminal complaint, Torre admitted to FBI agents that he entered the U.S. Capitol last month through a broken window.
Agents interviewed Torre on Jan. 21 at his home, where he told agents that he drove to Washington D.C. with his family, including his parents, to attend the Stop the Steal rally.

MILTON, Ga. (AP) Two additional Georgia men have been arrested on criminal charges related to alleged acts committed during the attack on the U.S. Capitol last month, authorities said.
Benjamin Harry Torre, 23, of Dawsonville, was arrested by federal agents in Atlanta on Tuesday and charged with knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority and violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds in connection with the Jan. 6 riots, according to a statement from the FBI.
Charging documents alleged he admitted to investigators that he climbed through a broken window to enter the Capitol building and also entered the office of Democratic Sen. Jeff Merkley of Oregon.
