The project will proceed in four packages after awarding the works. With the land acquisition process nearing its end, construction work is expected to commence soon. An official said, “Separate entry and exit points will be designated for this road, and the land acquisition for these has been accomplished. However, land acquisition for slip roads has not been completed yet. There is a proposal to acquire an additional 84 hectares of land, and once this process is finalised, construction will commence shortly.”
