The Bengaluru-Chennai express highway is expected to be launched by the end of this year or January 2024, according to Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari. This highway will significantly reduce travel time between the two cities to just two hours. In addition, Chennai will soon be connected to Delhi through an access-controlled highway project.
The company plans to add 1.3 million square feet of flex office space in Bengaluru, Chennai, Jaipur and Delhi-NCR with a revenue potential of Rs 12-15 crore per month.
