Nashville-based nonprofit Dismas House of Nashville has added LoLita Toney as vice president of development and Phillip Hill as vice president of operations.
The two join an executive team that includes former board chair and interim CEO Kay Kretsch and Dr. Julie Doochin, VP of programs. The two positions are new to Dismas House, which was founded in by the late Father Jack Hickey, a Vanderbilt University chaplain, and provides housing and support services to formerly incarcerated men.
Toney (pictured) previously served as director of development and chief of staff at the National Museum of African American Music. Prior to that, she worked in higher education, leading fundraising and community relations efforts at Meharry Medical College, Belmont University and Fisk University.
