(Supplied: Night News) A Perth father was drunk, hooning and travelling at excessive speed before he lost control of a car and slammed into a power pole, killing his un-restrained three-month-old son and seriously injuring his partner, the WA Supreme Court has been told. James Farmer, 23, is on trial accused of causing the fatal injuries suffered by the the baby, when he was thrown from the car on the Kwinana Freeway just before midnight on April 20, 2018.
