Gugliemelli instantly owned up to his actions on the Tamron Hall show earlier this morning, before getting stuck into the actual interview.
“I first want to say, there are no allegations,” Gugliemelli started. “I admit to my wrongdoings and, just beyond wrongdoings, horrible behaviour. And I don’t know if after I do this interview if more will come forward. I’m here to just apologise and I want to make that very clear.”
“I understand now in lieu of this year how much pain I’ve caused in some of these people,” the disgraced former
Drag Race contestant continued. “I just want to let the victims know and everyone else know that I am so sorry and I can’t even begin to imagine the pain and the trauma that I have caused.”

A US talk show set to interview disgraced RuPaul’s Drag Race alum
Sherry Pie is being urged to reconsider, with the interview set to be little more than an image rehab for the drag queen.
In case you’ve forgotten, Sherry Pie (whose real name is
Drag Race‘s 12th season after she was accused of catfishing young men by posing as a casting director and enticing them to send her videos of a sexual nature.
Joey Gugliemelli, was accused of catfishing by many men.
Gugliemelli allegedly posed as a casting director to have actors send him videos of themselves performing sexual acts as audition tapes. He later released an apology, seemingly admitting to the abuse.

Who is Sherry Pie?
Sherry was born November 14, 1991, and was one of the contestants in âRuPaulâs Drag Raceâ. She was alleged to have deceived her former classmate at SUNY Cortland in New York and actors she worked with at a Nebraska theater company. After the reports surfaced, Sherry took to her Facebook handle to apologize to everyone for causing trauma and pain. At that time, she added that she was âseeking help and receiving treatmentâ.
âI truly apologize to everyone I have hurt with my actions,â Sherry wrote. âI also want to say how sorry I am to my sisters of season 12 and honestly the whole network and production company.â
