RECREATIONAL fishers rejoice as an action packed and informative day is planned for the return of the free Murray Codference in April this year.
Victorian Fisheries Authority CEO Travis Dowling said the Codference, on Sunday 18 April, would be a welcome addition to the calendars of freshwater diehards.
“It’s a great opportunity for recreational fishers to get together, tell a tale about the one that got away, hear from experts about all things Murray cod; the science, the fisheries and of course the best ways to catch them,” Dowling said.
