A mix of freezing rain and light snow overnight will create slick conditions during the morning commute, and could lead to school delays and tough travel.
Most of the region will see 4-8 inches of snow, with snowfall heavy overnight and light throughout Friday. Two more storms are in the forecast for Sunday night and Wednesday/Thursday.
Most of Northern New York and Vermont will see a widespread 4-8 inches of accumulation over the course of Thursday night into Friday morning. Mountain areas could see as much as 8-12 inches of snow.
