Opponents of a proposed large housing project near Tenney Park are trying to block it by securing landmark status for the Filene House, an office building on the site.
CHICAGO, IL - CRG, the national real estate development and investment firm, today announced the successful land acquisition and construction financing of a 0.8-acre site on the 800 block of Regent Street, located in the historic Greenbush neighborhood in Madison, Wis.
CRG plans to build a 10-story mixed-use complex, branded as Chapter at Madison, that will house 165 furnished units with a total of 534 rentable bedrooms, a robust suite of resident amenities and approximately 2,200 square feet.
