Directors Think Tank and director Sling Ng were recently tasked with creating films for the pre-launch and launch yesterday of the Disney+Hotstar channel in Malaysia.
Sling Ng, director, Directors Think Tank, said: “It was such a great experience to be able to work closely with a brand that pushes creativity and craft . The scenarios was shoot in Kuala Lumpur over three days. We then worked closely with DTT’s in house post production company ‘TANK3’ in achieving the final look that we all wanted.”
Sling said they were tasked to produce a film that is visually engaging, magical and inherently Disney. In addition to this, they were given an incredibly tight timeline partly due to the limitations created by the Covid-19 pandemic.
