Everglades Expands Executive Team

Everglades Boats, the 20-year-old manufacturer of center consoles, bay boats and dual console models from 23 to 43 feet has bolstered its upper management with new hires and a newly created position that will oversee plant operations.
In January, Kelly Cavitt joined the team as chief financial officer and vice president of supply chain. Cavitt’s experience with supply chain management, finance and vendor negotiations will be key factors in both guiding company growth and overcoming ongoing supply-chain issues.
In a new role at Everglades, Ron Hoyle was named vice president of operations. Hoyle’s vast expertise comes from a three-decade career with Brunswick, Caterpillar and Gates Corp. He will be tasked with leading all assembly, finishing and lamination operations at the builder’s facility.
