The Bemidji Area School District has declared an emergency COVID closure day for Tuesday, Jan. 18 due to substitute teacher shortages and related health concerns.
It was business as usual at the Bemidji Area Schools Board of Education meeting on Monday, Oct. 18, as the board discussed the upcoming referendum vote, the district’s COVID status, shortening quarantine periods and a proposal for a possible lease of Central Elementary School.
