Michael J. Johnson, 39, of Ellsworth, operating after habitual offender revocation in Stockton Springs Oct. 23, 2018, nine months one day in prison and $1,000 fine.
Kathreen Herrick, 31, of Jackson, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Thorndike Feb. 12, 2020, dismissed.
Dustyn Wood, 31, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Feb. 3, 2020, five days in jail and $394.46 restitution; operating while license suspended or revoked in Brooks Nov. 14, $250 fine; violating a condition of release in Brooks Nov. 14, five days in jail; violating a condition of release in Brooks Jan. 7, five days in jail; criminal trespass in Brooks Jan. 7, dismissed; operating without a license in Waldo Nov. 21, 14 days in jail; violating a condition
