gubernatorial election, bell whethers for them. republicans know in house races particularly the districts are particularly very red or blue. there are not a lot of swing districts left, so republicans right now have a 46-seat advantage in the house, democrats would need to win or flip 24 districts to get the majority. i think that s going to be an uphill climb for democrats, even in these conditions. you know, you look at earlier in the year when the president didn t have that much higher of an approval rating, republicans rather, won the wyoming special, the georgia special, the kansas special, because those were solidly republican districts. i think republicans running in those districts are going to distance themselves from the president when they disagree with him. for instance, california and new jersey and new york republicans not going along with the tax bill because of the state and local tax deduction issue, but i think a lot of these districts are still ones where it will be
