A steady flow of customers pulled up to Owen Sound’s Canadian Tire store for curbside pickup Thursday, the first day of the second provincial stay-home order imposed since the COVID-19 pandemic was declared more than a year ago.
Reaction from people there and in the parking lot at nearby Food Basics ranged from those saying the clampdown was long overdue, to others remarking on pandemic boredom and others talking politics, greed or expressing outright skepticism.
