For the past seven years, Karen Ross-Smith has distributed Believe Bags as Christmas gifts to single moms.
Because of the coronavirus this year she has had to pivot to ‘Mugs for Moms’.
Thanks to the generosity of the Orangeville community, she was able to fill 200 mugs with $100 in gift cards from local businesses.
The first year Ross-Smith started Believe Bags she handed out 12 of them and last year it had grown to 250 bags.
