January 17. /TASS/. A line of functional food products and enriched with additional ingredients will be developed on the basis of a scientific and educational center in Belgorod, the press service of Belgorod State University told TASS on Sunday. University scientists have already received two patents for the corresponding technology and recipe and intend to further develop this path. Two patents have been received for the production technology and formulation of an immunity-enhancing dessert with nanostructured additives. As part of the scientific center, a line of functional products with different additives will be developed, which will make it possible to produce desserts not only with different flavours, but also with different properties that affect the body, said the press service.
