Scientists in london have reported a major breakthough in the treatment of huntingtons disease and say it could lead to new therapies for alzheimers and other conditions. Its been described as potentially the biggest breakthrough in the field for half a century by correcting the defect that causes huntingtons a disease which is incurable and kills most sufferers within 20 years of diagnosis.
