MURFREESBORO – UPDATE: A former LaVergne Police officer that is facing one count of Reckless Endangerment for allegedly 'Discharging a Firearm into an Occupied Property' and one count of Aggravated Assault was scheduled to appear in court this past week, but the case was rescheduled.
