Belarus and Buryatia discussed the cooperation in manufacturing, aircraft construction, the possibility of supplying equipment and the launch of charter air service.
Belarus and Russia's St. Petersburg approved a list of priority areas of cooperation in science and technology. The projects carried out jointly by educational and scientific organizations in these areas will be supported in 2023-2025.
A number of documents, including a road map for support of joint sci-tech projects for 2023-2025, were signed following a meeting of the Business Cooperation Council of Belarus and St. Petersburg.
Applications are accepted from 3 January through 28 February 2022. They should contain a business plan and a written commitment of a public sector customer to use the outcomes of research and secure shared financing.
Belarus is ready to act as a platform for the pilot projects of the World Intellectual Property Organization aimed at stimulating innovative and inventive activity both at the national and international levels, Chairman of the Belarusian State Committee on Science and Technology Aleksandr Shumilin said as he addressed the Sixty-Second Series of Meetings of the Assemblies of the Member States of WIPO.
