The two countries have the same world view and understand where it is
moving, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko said as he met with
Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev in Baku on 16 May.
Sister cities are not just a status. The new format of cooperation will
enable the cities to make the most of regional potential and ramp up
contacts across the board.
