The defense minister noted that Belarus is demonstrating its openness. “We invited our Polish colleagues to attend the CSTO exercise. And we still say that we are ready to interact with the Polish military as part of efforts to ensure security in our region,” emphasized Viktor Khrenin.
Viktor Khrenin said: “The main concept, the goal of the exercise is to find ways and means of counteracting the threats and challenges that may emerge in Collective Security Treaty Organization countries. By organizing exercises in one of the CSTO states, we allow troops to train in different terrains.”
