“New technologies cannot be introduced in any field without ensuring cyber security. Cyber security is the component that allows ordinary users to enjoy all the services safely and comfortably,” Konstantin Shulgan stressed.
Top officials of the RCC Executive Committee, representatives of the CIS branch of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), the Belarusian Communications and Informatization Ministry, telecommunication companies from Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan are taking part in the session.
The documents were signed by Belarusian Communications and Informatization Minister Konstantin Shulgan and Russian Deputy Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Minister Andrei Zarenin.
