动真格！北京开出首张电动车违停罚单 日前，丰台区消防救援支队的防火监督员开展“回头看”式消防安全检查。发现在方庄亚胜铂第公馆B座一楼楼道及公共办公区域存在违规停放电动自行车的情况，且开闭式防火门依旧打开着。此前检查时曾发现该问题，并要求相关单位和个人进行整改。 8月1日，由应急管理部制定的《高层民用建筑消防安全管理规定》正式施行，规定明确包括电动自行车违规停放充电在内的七种消防违规行为，最高将面临1万元的处罚。按照规定第三十七条、第四十七条，禁止在高层民用建筑公共门厅、疏散走道、楼梯间、安全出口停放电动自行车或者为电动自行车充电。对违反上述要求，拒不改正的，由消防救援机构对经营性单位和个人处2000元以上10000元以下罚款，对非经营性单位和个人处500元以上1000元以下罚款。 为了
