So it makes sense to keep the price a bit lower right now so that asian consumers build up refinery capacity for medium and heavy sour sulphur rich, saudi type oil, and you try and guarantee your market down the road when you will be putting on the brakes and sending prices back up. Okay, this is kind of thinking about the supply and demand side of the market, but there are other factors that we need to think about that i think people dont often like to consider.
