No arrests in Northborough shooting, victim in ICU

Police are still looking for the man who they say shot another man in the leg on Maynard Street in Northborough on Monday afternoon.
The shooting victim, whom police have not identified, is in “stable condition” in the intensive care unit at UMass-Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Police Chief William Lyver said Tuesday.
“We haven’t had a chance to speak to the victim because he is still in the ICU,” he said.
Witnesses reported that a suspect ran from the scene to an awaiting car parked nearby, according to police. The suspect vehicle departed the area at a high rate of speed.
