At Skegness, on November 4, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £270 fine. £32 victim surcharge. £300 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Driving record endorsed. At Skegness, in Lincoln Green, on the same date, used a vehicle without insurance and a test certificate. Vandals kicked down freshly planted trees just 30 minutes after they were planted.
The saplings were put in Beechings Way, Twydall, by a contractor for Medway Council on Tuesday but were quickly ripped from the ground.

Dog walker Jacky Pack said: All the trees have now been replanted. Local dog walkers, myself included, have been picking them up.
Jacky explained that the gardening team finished their work at 4pm on Tuesday and when she took her dog out for a walk at 4.30pm someone had already kicked them over.

Cruise ship cabaret star Nicholas Albert has been determined to get Medway residents on board during the pandemic.
The 35-year-old dad, from Lordswood, has been lifting spirits by singing on his doorstep to neighbours and passers-by.

Nicholas, who is more used to crooning away on luxury liners all over the world, decided to make use of his vocal talent on terra firma during lockdown.
